The undersigned does hereby request for (BNE) Best Neighbor Ever, LLC home checking services to conduct house checks to the above residence for the specified period of time that the undersigned has specified above. In consideration for this service, the undersigned does hereby expressly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BNE, LLC owner harmless for any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses or suits including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the performance of the agreement, except for injuries causes by the sole negligence of BNE, LLC.
