Care for GOLF CART Request (not included as part of the service)
Owners to Provide:
- Distilled water – 2-3 gal. minimum.
- Battery Filler Container – safe level with auto stop nozzle.
- Plastic gloves – box.
- Remove seat from golf cart.
- All items, reference 1, 2, and 3, placed near golf cart.
I am requesting from Don Moreau to (place a check next your request):
- Maintain water level for the batteries.
- Unplug/plug the battery charger during each visit.
- Plug in the battery charger and leave the golf cart unattended.
- Leave battery unattended (activated by the owner).
- Owner to write additional request on this document.
Don Moreau will not be held responsible for the condition of the batteries or the golf cart.
