Don Moreau is the founder and sole employee of Best Neighbor Ever, LLC (BNE) home checking services . Don experiences begin by working on and building a number of residential homes including his own. Don has owned and completed 95% of his own repairs, including remodeling his own homes. Don has a degree in engineering and his masters in Business administration. Don worked as a Engineering Manager and Director of Quality for three (3) major aerospace companies in his thirty-six (36) years in the business. Don’s managerial and people skills will be valuable in building, maintaining, and growing his home checking services company. Over a number of years involved in the building construction of homes and being a homeowner for over 45 years Don has became quite proficient in a wide range of home repair activities as well as developing a strong repertoire of general fixing skills.

“Best Neighbor Ever”, LLC is an Owner-operated company.  I live in the Sun Lakes community and understand the needs of the residents of Sun Lakes, as well as the Active Adult Communities in Chandler (Sun Bird, Solera, Springfield). As an experienced homeowners, who live in close proximity to your home, I know how important it is to have a professional who is committed, ethical and trustworthy to check your home.
